3.1 أصالة المنتج

جميع عطور "مون باريس" (Moon Paris) أصلية بنسبة 100%، ويتم الحصول عليها مباشرة من موردين موثوقين ودور عطور متخصصة (Niche). نحن نضمن جودة وأصالة كل منتج نبيعه.

3.2 التسعير

• جميع الأسعار مُدرجة بـ IQD (دينار عراقي) أو ما لم يُشر إلى خلاف ذلك.
• الأسعار قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.
• نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أو إيقاف أي منتج في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق.
• نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن أي تغييرات في الأسعار، أو إيقاف لإنتاج المنتجات، أو أي تعديلات أخرى على ما نقدمه.

3.3 Product Descriptions

نسعى جاهدين لتوفير أوصاف وصور وتفاصيل دقيقة للمنتجات. ومع ذلك، لا نضمن أن تكون أوصاف المنتجات أو الصور أو أي محتوى آخر على موقعنا الإلكتروني دقيقًا أو كاملًا أو محدّثًا أو خاليًا من الأخطاء بنسبة 100%.

4.3 طرق الدفع

• الدفع عند الاستلام : ادفع للمندوب نقداً عند التسليم.

• الدفع داخل المتجر: ادفع شخصياً في أي فرع من فروعنا.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product.

6.2 Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for "change of mind" due to the nature of our products (fragrances are sensitive to air and cannot be restocked after opening).

6.3 Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
• Processing time: 5-10 business days.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds if products show signs of use or tampering.
